Private UNESCO tour in Greece

Day 1 - Morning visit to the archaeological site of Aigai (Vergina) where we will see the Royal tomb of Philip II the father of Alexander the Great. Continue the drive to the picturesque village of Makrinitsa.

Day 2 - Morning drive to Delphi and visit to the famous sanctuary sacred to god Apollo.

Day 3 - Drive to the beautiful coastal town of Nafplio, which we will use as a base for our trips in the next couple of days. En route we will visit the Byzantine Museum in Argos, as well as the fortress and the remains of the ancient theatre

Day 4 - Day tour to the imposing ruins of Mycenae and Tiryns (the two greatest cities of the Mycenaean civilization)

Day 5 - Day tour to Mystras famous for its Byzantine churches featuring original architecture and interesting frescoes

Day 6 - Day tour to the sanctuary of Asklepios at Epidaurus

Day 7 - Day tour to the temple of Apollo Epicurius at Bassae
