Mediterranean Turkey private tour
Day 1 - Visit to the temple of Athena in Assos (Behramkale) - built on 230 m above the sea level and revealing spectacular views over the Aegean Sea and Lesbos island
Day 2 - Drive to Bergama, where we will visit the ruins of the Pergamon Asklepion - IV century B.C. mysterious healing center dedicated to Asclepius god of medicine. Continue the drive to the famous ancient city of Ephesus
Day 3 - Morning visit to the ruins of Priene and Miletus and then to the impressive temple of Apollo in Didim.
Day 4 - Drive further down the coast direction Fethiye, where we will visit the Tomb of Amyntas - IV century B.C. Ionic temple facade carved into a sheer rock face in honour of "'Amyntas son of Hermapias".
Day 5 - Continue our trip to the charming little town of Kas, as en route we will pop by the ruins of Xanthos (the capital city of Lycia for much of its history) and then to Letoon ( the sacred cult centre and the temples to Leto, Artemis and Apollo)
Day 6 - Day tour to the island of Kekova (famous for the beautiful scenery and the underwater ruins known as the sunken city) and the Ancient Myra (known for its many rock-cut tombs and the largest theatre in Lycia)
Day 7 - Drive inland to Pamukkale and the well preserved impressive ruins of Hierapolis
